Terms & Conditions

The Inn at Mazama is an 18 room lodge in Mazama, we also operate a property management business on behalf of private owners who rent their legal nightly rental cabins and homes in the Methow valley. If you have booked a private cabin through us we are only the agent for the owner and you agree to hold us harmless if you are injured or have incurred property damage while at that private residence.

Seasonal facilities:
Due to the wildfire risk and burn bans, outdoor burning in the fire pit is not permitted from May 1st  through until November 1st, AND any other periods when burn bans are in effect. Our outdoor swimming pool is typically open from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

Restaurant & Dining:
The restaurant at The Inn At Mazama is not currently operating. We’ll send you a message closer to the time of your stay with an update and information about local dining options.

Payment Policy:
No deposit is required. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival, or at the time of booking your reservations if it’s made within 30 days of your arrival.

Some cabins that we manage require a non-refundable deposit of 10-50% at time of booking, and balance of payment at 60-days before your stay. This will be communicated in the relevant property listing.

Cancellation & Changes Policy:
A reservation may be canceled or changed up to 30 days prior to arrival with no penalties (with the exception of nightly-rental properties where non-refundable deposits apply, as communicated in the relevant listing). Any cancellations or changes within 30 days prior to arrival are subject to full payment. The only extenuating circumstances that we will consider for cancellation at less than 30-days are:

Winter: if all passes from Seattle (Snoqualmie/Bluett and Stevens) are closed on the day of check-in.

Fire & Smoke: if the property is under an evacuation notice due to a nearby wildfire.

In these circumstances you may reschedule your stay within 6 months. No other extenuating circumstances apply: we advise you to take out trip cancellation insurance to cover any other eventualities.

If any guest abuses the cancellation policy by booking and cancelling reservations in order to hold dates for themselves The Inn at Mazama and it's affiliated booking channels may take the following steps.  1.  Cancelling, at our discretion, any new reservations made by a guest that abuses the cancellation policy.  2.  Ban, at our discretion, the guest from making any future reservations.  3.  Requiring the guest to pay the full cost of the reservation at the time of booking.  This charge will be non-refundable for any reason.
